VEGAN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup flour (I used regular white flour without baking powder but you can try others and let me know how it works).

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar (I want to try with other sweeteners too, let me know if you do it)

1 cup vegetable milk

2 tablespoons oil (can be any oil of your choice)

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and then add the liquids. Mix well but don't stir it too much.

Preheat a frying pan and add a few drops of oil.

Put the mixture in and turn over when there are bubbles on the surface.

They are very quick to make and the mixture is so easy that they make you want to eat them every day.
